Show your ticket on your phone or printed out at the entry. Staff scan the code on it, and each ticket can only be scanned once.

Before you go

  1. Download your ticket from your email or from My Tickets. See Where are my tickets and how do I download them?.
  2. Save it to your phone or print it, in case there's no reception at the venue.
  3. Make sure everyone in your group has their own ticket.
  4. Bring photo ID if the event asks for it.

At the entry

  • Show the ticket itself, not the order confirmation email.
  • Turn your screen brightness up so the code scans easily.
  • If the organiser checks ID, the name on your ticket must match your ID. Need to change it? See How do I change the name on my ticket?.

Forgot your ticket?

Show photo ID that matches the name on your ticket. Entry staff can search for your ticket by your name and the date you bought it.

Notes

  • Once a ticket is scanned, the same code won't work again, and the ticket can't be changed, resold or renamed. Don't share photos of your ticket online.
  • If you sold or changed the name on a ticket, the old ticket no longer works. Use the new one.
  • Event times, entry rules and what to bring are set by the organiser. See Who do I ask about the event itself?.
