Yes. Every holder of a valid ticket automatically gets a reminder email about 24 to 48 hours before their session starts. There's nothing to set up or turn on.

What the reminder includes

  • The event date and start time.
  • The venue.
  • Your event details.

What you need to do

Nothing. Reminders go out on their own for every event.

The reminder uses your event details, so check they're right a few days before your event:

  • Session date and start time.
  • Venue name and address.
  • Event description, including anything people need to bring.

Notes

  • On events with several sessions, each ticket holder gets a reminder before the session they're booked into.
  • Cancelled and refunded tickets don't get a reminder.
  • You can't turn reminders off or change when they're sent.
  • Reminders help cut down "where's my ticket?" questions on the day.
  • Someone still can't find their ticket? Resend it. See How do I resend tickets to a buyer?.
