Open your venue's layout, click a section to change its name, colour, rotation and label, then click a row to change its seats and numbering. Save when you're done. Once a ticket has been sold for an event using the layout, sections and rows can't be edited.

Open a section

  1. Open the venue and click EDIT LAYOUT.
  2. Click the section on the map, or click its name in the Sections list.

Section settings

  • Name: the section's name, such as "Bay 1". Buyers see it in the price key and on their tickets.
  • Label (optional): shorter text to show on the map instead of the name, for example "B1". Leave it blank to show the name.
  • Color: the section's colour on the map.
  • Rotation (°): turn the section to match the angle of your seating.
  • Label Font Size: how big the name shows on the map.
  • General Admission: turn on for a standing area with no set seats. Enter its Section capacity.

The total seat count for the section shows under these settings.

Change rows

The section's rows are listed under its settings, with the seats in each.

  • Add a row: click + ADD ROW.
  • Reverse the seat numbers for the whole section: click REVERSE SEAT #.
  • Change one row: click it in the list, then change:
    • Label: the row's name, such as A or AA.
    • Seats: how many seats are in the row. Use this for shorter rows at the front or the ends.
    • Start #: the first seat number. The range shows underneath, for example "Numbering: 1-10".
    • Start Point and End Point (X and Y): where the row starts and ends on the map. Change these to angle a row.
  • Delete a row: open it and click DELETE ROW.

Click BACK TO ROWS to return to the list.

Delete a section

Open the section and click DELETE SECTION.

Save

Click SAVE, or SAVE & EXIT when you're finished.

After tickets are sold

You can't edit sections or rows once a ticket has been sold for an event that uses the layout. If you need a change, submit a support request.

Tips

  • Match your venue's real row letters and seat numbers, so the seat on a ticket matches the seat in the venue.
  • Use different colours for areas with different prices. It helps buyers find their way around.
