Click Dashboard, then the Marketing tab. You'll see how many people visited your event pages, where they came from, and which campaigns led to sales, for the last 30 days.
Open marketing reports
- Click Dashboard in the left menu.
- Click the Marketing tab.
What's in the report
- Event Demand: unique visitors and visits to your event pages.
- Campaign Conversion Funnel: for each campaign, the visits, checkouts, purchases, revenue and how many visitors went on to buy. Visits with no campaign show as "Direct / unattributed".
- Marketing Trend: daily visitors, checkouts, payments started and purchases.
- Device Conversion: visits and sales by device, such as mobile or desktop.
- Top Demand Sources: where your visitors came from.
Notes
- Campaigns are credited using single-click attribution: each sale goes to one click, the campaign that first brought someone to your page. Meta and Google credit sales their own way, so their numbers can differ from ours.
- Add UTM tags to your ad and email links, such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, so they show up as separate campaigns.
- For Facebook and Instagram ads, also set up your Meta integration. See How do I connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tracking?.
- Only roles with access to marketing reports can see this tab.
