Click Reports in the left menu and choose your event. You'll see total sales, ticket and add-on sales, who's buying, and a timeline of sales.

Open a report

  1. Click Reports in the left menu.
  2. Choose the Event.
  3. Choose a Session, or leave it on All sessions.
  4. To look at a set period, choose a Start date and End date. The dates apply to the whole report.
  5. Turn on Exclude $0 tickets to see paid sales only.

You can also open an event's report from Events: click Event actions, then View Reports.

What's in the report

  • Total Sales: everything sold, including booking fees, with the fees shown underneath.
  • Ticket Sales: revenue, and tickets sold out of the total available.
  • Add-on Sales: the same for add-ons.
  • Demographics: your buyers' gender and age groups.
  • Ticket sales chart: sales and revenue over time. Group it by Day, Week or Month.

Notes

  • Demographics only show the buyers themselves, not the people they bought tickets for. We don't collect that data for other ticket holders.
  • Demographics only show if the matching checkout questions, such as age and gender, are turned on. See Creating an event, step 5: Checkout.
  • Excluding $0 tickets gives a truer picture when you compare with past events.
  • For a quick view across all your events, use the Dashboard.
  • For visitors and campaigns, see How do I see where my ticket buyers came from?.
