It depends on the event. The organiser decides whether they accept Companion Cards and how they handle accessible seating and access. Contact them before you buy.
Companion Card
- Contact the organiser through their website or social media. See Who do I ask about the event itself?.
- Ask whether they accept the Companion Card and how to get your companion's ticket.
- Follow their instructions. Some organisers ask you to buy your own ticket first and send a copy of your card.
If the organiser asks us to issue the companion ticket, we'll let you know what we need.
Accessible seating and access
Ask the organiser about:
- wheelchair spaces or accessible seats
- access to the venue, parking and toilets
- support workers and assistance animals
On seated events, contact the organiser before choosing seats, so they can hold the right ones for you.
