In all refund requests, the event organiser has the full and final decision to approve or reject a refund.  This is because the company that owns the payment gateway account that processes your money is the decision maker on all refund matters.


Usually for most events, organisers request that customers resell their tickets using Tixel or by changing names on the ticket at Triniq.
