By default and for majority of events, the original purchaser can log in and change the name on the tickets at any time at https://triniq.com/profile

If you are not the original purchaser then you cannot change the name of a ticket, only the original purchaser can do this.

Note that some organisers disable online name changes for some ticket tiers and events, if this happens you can contact the organiser to request more information.
