The dashboard is the first page you see in the admin. It has two tabs: Sales, for tickets and revenue, and Marketing, for visitors and where they come from.
The Sales tab
- Click Dashboard in the left menu.
- Stay on the Sales tab.
- Choose a time range: 1M, 2M, 6M, 1Y or Custom.
- Choose how to group the chart: Day, Week or Month.
You'll see:
- A chart of ticket sales and revenue over the time range you picked.
- A card for each event, with its total sales (including booking fees), ticket sales and add-on sales.
Click Event actions on any event card for quick links to edit the event, see its reports, view its tickets and more.
The Marketing tab
Click Marketing to see, for the last 30 days:
- Event Demand: how many people visited your event pages.
- Campaign Conversion Funnel: visits, checkouts, purchases and revenue for each campaign.
- Marketing Trend: daily visitors, checkouts, payments started and purchases.
- Device Conversion: visits and sales by device.
- Top Demand Sources: where your visitors came from.
