Printing hard-copy tickets? Use batch tickets, so each printed ticket carries its own QR code that scans at your entry. Not sure how to set it up? Submit a support request. We work with plenty of ticket printers and can help.

All the tickets are emailed to the buyer's email you entered.

Notes

  • Use a hidden tier for comps. Create a $0 tier called "Complimentary" and hide it. Free tickets stay out of view and easy to count.
  • Check your numbers. When you choose a tier, the form shows how many tickets are left, for example "7 tickets remaining (3 / 10)".
  • Taking payment at the door or over the phone? Use Box Office instead.
