There are 2 types of ticket bookings, online and ambassador.


Online is all the sales the got from your Stripe/PayPal account. To view your online bookings use the admin menu to navigate to Events > Manage Tickets.


Ambassador bookings are tickets sold by your ambassador ticket sellers. To view the ambassador bookings, use the admin menu to navigate to Ambassadors > Ambassador Tickets. When on the next page if the right column 'Is Email Sent' has a green tick then it means the ambassador has collected the money and sent the ticket.


Once you are on each of the respective online / ambassador tickets screens, you can click the ticket link of each row to view the detail of every single ticket when needed.


To find a quick glance of how many tickets of each or combined you have sold then we recommend that you add widgets to your admin dashboard.
