Upload your ticket design in your event's Design step, under Advanced Options. You can also give a single tier its own design. If you don't upload one, your event banner is printed on a default ticket. That's the easiest option.

Set a ticket design for the whole event

  1. Click Events, click your event's name, then click Design.
  2. Open Advanced Options.
  3. Under Ticket Template Image (2480 X 3508px), click BROWSE and choose your design.
  4. Click Save & Close.

Give one tier its own design

  1. Click Tickets, then click the tier's name.
  2. Open Advanced Settings.
  3. Under Ticket Template Override Image (2480 X 3508px), click BROWSE and choose the design.
  4. Click Save.

If you don't upload a template

  • Banner only: your event banner is printed on a default ticket, two tickets to a page. This is the easiest way to brand your tickets.
  • No banner and no template: our logo is used as the placeholder image.

Test your design

The ticket template doesn't check your design or warn you if something's in the wrong place. Before you go on sale:

  1. Issue one ticket to yourself. See How do I issue free or complimentary tickets?.
  2. Open the ticket and check the layout.
  3. Each time you change the design, resend that ticket to yourself and check it again. See How do I resend tickets to a buyer?.

Design tips

  • A4 portrait, 2480 x 3508 px, as PNG, JPG or JPEG, up to 5 MB.
  • Keep the background light. Many people still print their tickets.
  • Leave clear space for the QR code, ticket holder's name and ticket number. Our ticket template kit shows where these print.
  • Include your terms and conditions.

Notes

  • Long event names fit on the default ticket.
  • With your own template, each ticket fills an A4 page.
