Resale tickets are official tickets listed by other fans. Find them on the Resale Marketplace, or use the link a seller sent you. You get a brand-new ticket in your own account.

Why buy resale here

  • It's an official ticket. The seller's ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued to you, so nobody else can use it.
  • No more than face value. Sellers can't list above the original ticket price.
  • Secure checkout. You pay the same way as for any other ticket.
  • The seller gets paid faster. Sellers usually get their money 5 to 10 business days after the sale.
  • Other resale sites aren't supported. Tickets bought on other resale sites leave you open to scams, so we don't support them. See Someone is selling me a ticket. How do I avoid being scammed?.

Buy from the Resale Marketplace

  1. Go to https://triniq.com/resale, or click Resale Marketplace at the bottom of any page.
  2. Click your event.
  3. Click the ticket you want. Each one shows the ticket type, session and price.
  4. Check the Ticket Details and price, then click START PURCHASE.
  5. Enter the Attendee First Name and Attendee Last Name. This name is printed on the ticket.
  6. Enter your card details.
  7. Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
  8. Click PAY.

Buy with a seller's link

  1. Open the link the seller sent you.
  2. Follow steps 4 to 8 above.

A timer shows how long the ticket is held for you while you pay.

If the page says This ticket has been sold, someone else bought it first. Check the Resale Marketplace for other tickets to the same event.

After you pay

  1. You'll see your Order Confirmation. Some events ask a few questions here, such as your age group and an emergency contact.
  2. Click DOWNLOAD TICKETS to save your ticket, or find it later in My Tickets. See Where are my tickets and how do I download them?.

Your ticket is issued to the email you bought with, in the name you entered, and emailed to you. The seller's original ticket is cancelled.

It's now your ticket. If your plans change, you can change the name on it or sell it again. See How do I sell or transfer my ticket?.

Notes

  • Resale tickets include a booking fee on top of the seller's price.
  • Only tickets other fans have listed publicly show on the marketplace. If there are none, check the event page for tickets from the organiser.
  • We can't guarantee tickets bought through other resale sites or social media. If a ticket has already been resold, cancelled or used, it won't scan at the door.
