You need to be able to control how it looks when someone shares your links on Facebook and social media to keep a polished brand. That's why we've made sure that you can completely control how your share links look on the other platforms.
To manage how your links display use the following steps;
1. Use the Triniq admin menu to navigate to Events > All Events
2. Pick the event you want to customise the share link for.
3. Fill out the short description, this text will be the short 2 sentences that appear underneath the image & heading of the link.
4. Upload a custom Facebook Share Image to the correct upload field. The image size should be 1200 x 628px.
5. Hit the save button.
Note: If your link has already been shared on Facebook and you are modifying an existing event then your changes may not update in Facebook's cache for a few days. This is not a means to an end though, to force Facebook to refresh the cache on your URL then please use the Facebook Debugger to scrape the new data >> https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
