In most cases this is set up for you, however, if you ever need to connect a PayPal account to a Triniq company account then follow these steps:


1.   First, make sure you have upgraded your PayPal account to a PayPal business account or above.


2.   Head to the PayPal Developer site and log in >> https://developer.paypal.com/


3.   It should be on the dashboard page after you log in, but you are looking for the 'My Apps & Credentials' settings area in the PayPal Developer area.


4.   Once you have found the My Apps & Credentials page, scroll down till you see 'Rest API apps' and click the Create App button.


5.   Call the new app anything you like ie. Company Triniq. Then click the next Create App button.


6.   On the edit Rest API App page switch to the live settings to make it blue instead of Sandbox (testing). Once you are in the live settings mode copy the Live Client ID and also the Live Secret Key.


7.   Use the Triniq admin menu to navigate to Settings > Companies.


8.   Click the company that you would like to edit.


9.   There are 3 tabs; General, PayPal and Stripe. Click the PayPal tab.


10. Now there will be the 2 fields for your PayPal account's Live Client ID and Live Secret Key. There is also a name field, you can name this literally anything ie. "Company Stripe" etc.


11. Once you are happy with the settings click save.
