To be more accurate, any ticket tier can be used as an ambassador tier. If your ambassador tickets are the same price as your online tickets then you can simply use the ticket tiers that exists already and move forward to the next article to learn how to allocate tickets to ambassadors.
If you have different pricing for ambassadors compared to online ticket tiers then you will need to create a hidden ticket tier that only gets allocated and used for ambassadors.
If you would like to have a ticket tier that doesn't display on the event page then follow these quick steps:
1. Navigate to Events > Manage Ticket Tiers
2. Create a new ticket tier the same way you would as an online tier.
3. Scroll down, check the Is Hidden checkbox and hit the save button.
All done, you can double check by ensuring the new tier is not visible on the main event sales pages. Once all looks good you can move forward and allocate tickets to an ambassador.
