Turn on the optional extra tier setting if you would like to have addon products or services that you would like to sell in addition to your tickets.

This is ideal for if you are selling bus tickets, accommodation services, special passes and more. Customers can also buy only an optional extra/addon without a ticket if they need to.

1. Navigate to Events > Manage Ticket Tiers

2. Select the ticket tier name that you would like to hide.

3. Scroll down, check the Is Hidden checkbox and hit the save button.

4. It's also recommended (but optional) to change the look of your ticket template for any addons you create, this makes it easier for your staff to identify different types of tickets on event day.

All done, you can double check these changes by visiting your event sales page for customers.
