Hiding tickets away from public event sales pages are great for Ambassador ticket tiers that are separate to normal tickets or for if you generally want to hide a tier. This is also a good option to check if you are wanting to create a free complimentary tickets tier for artists, crew and partners.
If you would like to have a ticket tier that doesn't display on the event page then follow these quick steps:
1. Navigate to Events > Manage Ticket Tiers
2. Select the ticket tier name that you would like to hide.
3. Scroll down, check the Is Hidden checkbox and hit the save button.
All done, you can double check these changes by visiting your event sales page for customers.
