How do I mark a Ticket Tier as sold out? Print

If you would like to force a ticket tier to be sold out on the event sales page then follow these quick steps:

1. Navigate to Events > Manage Ticket Tiers

2. Select the ticket tier name that you would like to force sold out.

3. Scroll down, check the Is Sold Out checkbox and hit the save button.

All done, you can double check these changes by visiting your event sales page for customers.

If tickets reach the tier end date or quantity then Is Sold Out will turn on automatically.
