It's recommended to custom design your eticket templates so that it's inline with your brand and terms of sale to customers.
We recommend you use light colours or white background template so that customers do not waste too much ink whilst printing. You must leave a space for the barcode.
For the Adobe Photoshop template file that shows the areas where the barcode and customer name is then please contact support.
After you have your template image ready to go, user the admin menu to navigate to Events > Manage Ticket Tiers
Once you have found your ticket tier that you want to upload a template for then click it's link to load the edit ticket tier page.
Finally upload the event ticket tier template image is the background image that you would like to use for your barcoded etickets. Upload it by selecting the file and then clicking the save button.
