Go to https://admin.triniq.com and sign in with your email and password. To log out, click the account icon at the top right of the admin and choose Logout.

This is for event organisers and their team. If you've only bought tickets, you don't need the admin area.

Log in

  1. Go to https://admin.triniq.com. The sign-in page opens.
  2. Enter your email address and password, or use one of the CONTINUE WITH options if you signed up that way.
  3. Wait for the security check to show it's done.
  4. Click SIGN IN.

Your admin area opens. Already logged in on https://triniq.com? Click DASHBOARD at the top of the page to get there.

Log out

  1. Click the account icon at the top right of the admin.
  2. Click Logout.

Notes

  • The security check protects your account from automated sign-in attempts. If it won't let you through, refresh the page or try another browser.
  • Forgotten your password? Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
  • If you can log in but can't get into the admin, your account isn't linked to a company yet. Ask your company's admin to add you under Settings > User Permissions. See How do I add team members and set their permissions?. If you're setting up a new company, contact us.
